To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment how many nursery places are available in(a) North West Leicestershire and (b) Leicestershire with Leicester; what proportion this represents of the numbers of children in the appropriate age groups; and what proportions of children of nursery age nationally have access to nursery places.
