§ Mr. HuttonUnder their terms of service, general practitioners are required to invite all patients who have reached the age of 75 for an annual health check in the 727W patient's home, or in the surgery if the patient prefers. General practitioners make arrangements with health authorities to provide services and regional offices of the National Health Service Executive hold health authorities to account for the services provided in their area.
