To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions when he will publish details of the models, proposed in the ECOTEC Research and Consulting Ltd. study commissioned by his Department on a pesticide tax, to examine the economic effects of a pesticide tax on(a) farm incomes and (b) farmers' behaviour. The details of the models are set out in the Ecotec report which was published on 24 March.
