§ Mr. IngramEvery effort has been made by both the British and Irish Governments to reach a satisfactory resolution to the Drumcree dispute. No such resolution has yet been reached, but our efforts continue. The decision taken by the Parades Commission to reroute the planned parade by Portadown LOL District is a legal one, and I am pleased to note that on Sunday 4 July the marchers complied with the conditions imposed by the Parades Commission.
