§ Mr. TimmsWe undertook pilot projects and research last year to understand more about why many pensioners do not claim the Income Support they are entitled to, and what could be done to improve this situation. We are currently exploring options for further activity to encourage more pensioners to claim, and we will be bringing forward our plans in due course.
