§ Mr. VazIt is the responsibility of individual Magistrates Courts' Committees (MCCs) to provide training to the magistrates in their area. The Judicial Studies Board has provided training materials for those provisions of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 which are currently being piloted. These materials are being evaluated and will be issued to all MCCs in time for the piloted provisions being introduced nationally.
