To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what plans he has to expand membership of the West Midlands Regional Development Agency to include a representative from(a) Worcestershire and (b) the business community of the region; and if he will make a statement. We have in mind to appoint another member to the West Midlands RDA and hope to make an announcement shortly.
