§ Mr. HoonThe Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal hears and determines applications relating to allegations of unbefitting conduct or breaches of the rules of professional misconduct. Under Section 47 of the Solicitors Act 1974, the Tribunal can make orders to strike off, suspend from practice, fine and reprimand solicitors found guilty of professional misconduct.

- 206 such orders were made from 1 May 1994 to 30 April 1995
- 193 such orders were made from 1 May 1995 to 30 April 1996
- 171 such orders were made from 1 May 1996 to 30 April 1997
