§ Mr. MealeThe Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions currently publishes all White and Green Papers in HTML format on its Internet site. This ensures easy access by systems such as "screen readers, text-to-speech and text to Braille converters" making documents more accessible to the visually impaired.
Where appropriate, publications are also made available on audio tape, in large print, Braille or on floppy disk.
