§ Mr. MacdonaldMembers of the Scottish Office Ministerial Team and officials are in regular contact with the Federation of Small Businesses and have met representatives of the Federation on a number of occasions. Most recently, my noble Friend the Minister with responsibility for business and industry opened the Federation's new premises in Glasgow on 20 October 1998, during which he met members of the Federation's Scottish Policy Team and national officials.
