§ Mr. RaynsfordNo decision has yet been taken on whether to have a transitional rate relief scheme following the revaluation in April 2000. Before making a decision we need accurate and detailed information on how the revaluation will affect rate bills. This information will be available in the second half of this year, and we shall announce our decision then.
