§ Mr. Galbraith[holding answer 18 January 1999]: Funding of £1 million per annum has been made available to Scotland Against Drugs, including £0.5 million for the Drugs Challenge Fund for the years 1998–99 to 2000–01. Running costs for this financial year are estimated at £0.250 million. These funds will come under the control of the Scottish Parliament.
