To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what plans he has to improve benefits for disabled people. [63209]

Mr. Bayley

We will modernise the benefits system to help more disabled people take up and stay in work and provide extra help for severely disabled people with the greatest needs. We will shortly bring forward legislation to achieve these aims.
