To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment (1) what plans he has to extend the registration of childcare workers to those providing childcare for the over-eights; [65052]

(2) what plans he has to increase the quality of childcare provision for the over-eights and related health and safety aspects; [65055]

(3) what estimate he has made of the cost of bringing childcare provision for the over-eights into the registration system; [65053]

(4) what research his Department has commissioned on parents' views of the quality and registration of childcare provision. [65054]
