§ Dr. HowellsAs announced in the Competitiveness White Paper, officials are considering whether insolvency law (and particularly bankruptcy law) and practice inhibit enterprise. An initial report will be made to Ministers by the end of April 1999, which will consider what changes might be made to current law and practice.
