§ The Prime MinisterMinisters under this and previous Governments have been allowed—at their own or party expense—to host non-official or party receptions or functions in Downing street, as set out formally by this Government in paragraph 63 of theMinisterial Code.
410WSince 1 May 1997, 22 political functions and 15 charity events have been held at 10 Downing street. All have been held in accordance with the rules set out in the Ministerial Code.
