§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe Department's publication"The Government's Consultation On Developing An Integrated Transport Policy: A Report" contains a tabular analysis of the comments made by respondents on a number of demand management measures, including congestion charging and a levy on private non-residential parking. In each case a majority of those referring to those two measures were in favour. Copies of the report were placed in the Library at the time of publication, in July 1998.
