§ Mr. IngramI have welcomed the start the LVF made to decommissioning which took place on 18 December, and I urge them to continue. Discussions continue between representatives of other groups and the Decommissioning Commission. It is now time for them to start to decommission: they know very well that the Good Friday agreement must be implemented in full and that decommissioning is an indispensable part of that agreement.
