To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security at what intervals under the single gateway proposals(a) single mothers and (b) other claimants will be required to attend for interview as a condition of receiving benefit. [71304]

Interviews will be required both as part of the initial claiming process and on the occurrence of specified events thereafter. These events will be prescribed in Regulations in relation to each client group.
