§ Mr. MealeThe Government have no proposals affecting the provision of water and sewerage services under historic agreements. The Water Industry Bill, currently before Parliament, does not affect such agreements.
The terms, enforcement and renegotiation of any existing agreements entered into between undertakers and customers are matters between the parties.
