§ Dr. Lynne Jones
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish his Department's collation and assessment of responses to each of the Government's public consultations. [69775]

§ Mr. Dewar
Where it is appropriate to do so, my Department publishes an assessment of responses received to public consultations. A recent example is contained in Annex D to the Report of the Consultative Steering Group (CSG) on the Scottish Parliament.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
