To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport if he will list the(a) grants and (b) other financial support to (i) Westminster City Council and (ii) the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, other than through the RSG settlement in (1) 1997–98, (2) 1998–99 and (3) planned for 1999–2000 given by his Department; and for what purposes the funds were allocated.
