Includes school transport staff; youth and community workers; nursery assistants; administrative, secretarial and clerical staff in the education service; school caretakers; canteen and school playing field staff; non-teaching staff employed on careers guidance; library staff employed by libraries either located in or serving education establishments.
Following the transfer of powers, this issue will be a matter for the National Assembly.
