§ Mr. BoatengThere is no separate offence of "throwing an object from a bridge". Where danger, injury or death results from such behaviour, it can be covered by a range of existing offences, including general offences against the person. There are also a number of offences which relate specifically to the roads and railways. Examples of these offences and their maximum penalties are set out in the table:
