In the light of their legislative proposals for the House of Lords, whether it is appropriate that four Lords members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe should be hereditary peers. [HL833]

While hereditary peers are still members of the House of Lords, they are eligible to be members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
