Mr. Cohen

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will place in the Library the published minutes of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 661 Sanctions Committee. [69398]

Mr. Tony Lloyd

The Security Council Committee established by resolution 661(1990) concerning the situation between Iraq and Kuwait does not publish minutes of its meetings. It does however produce an annual report.

I have arranged for copies of the latest of these reports to be placed in the Libraries of the House.
