§ Mr. MacdonaldNo. Paragraph 14A(3) of Schedule 1 to the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 only requires the Assignation Statement to be made available with the draft Order. This was done from 1 November to 13 December 1991.
From 1 July 1999 this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
