§ Mr. SpellarThe Disposal Sales Agency does not employ private companies to ship equipment abroad. All sales are based on the "as and where lying" principle, which puts the responsibility on the buyer for collection from the location of disposal.
Private companies may subsequently export the equipment under licence but, in doing so, make their own arrangements for shipping.
