§ Dr. Harris
To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how much was spent on NHS general dental services in each health authority in each year since 1995–96; 
(2) if he will list, by health authority, the number of dentists with an NHS list and the average number of patients on each dentist's NHS list for (i) the most recent period for which data are available, (ii) March 1994 and (iii) March 1997; 
(3) if he will list by health authority or council area the number of (i) children and (ii) adults registered, and the number of patients registered per 100 residents for (a) the last date for which figures are available, (b) March 1995, (c) March 1996, (d) March 1997 and (e) March 1998.
