§ Ms Glenda JacksonMy information is that there are 10 local authorities that have no concessionary fare scheme for their resident pensioners. These are the District Councils for Caradon, Eden, Hambleton, Kennet, Kerrier, Malvern Hills, North Cornwall, Penwith, Scarborough and South Holland.
