§ Janet AndersonThe new standardised accommodation ratings in England were launched on 13 September by the English Tourism Council, the AA and the RAC. They are available throughout the whole of the United Kingdom through the AA and the RAC. I recently wrote to my colleagues in the National Assembly for Wales and in the Scottish Parliament suggesting that we look again at our respective accommodation schemes, the differences between them and the scope for arriving at common standards.
