§ Mr. HansonThe Secretary of State meets the First Secretary on a regular basis to discuss a range of issues; and they have discussed this issue in detail. Following the Adjournment Debate from my hon. Friend the Member for Blaenau Gwent (Mr. Smith) further discussions have been held with the relevant Assembly Secretary.
