§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe report of the Committee's third visit to the United Kingdom, in May 1994, was published in March 1996. The report of the Committee's fourth visit, in September 1997, has not yet been published; that is a matter for the Committee. The Committee's fifth visit took place between 30 November and 8 December 1999.
