§ Mr. HillNone. However, the shadow Strategic Rail Authority met with Leicestershire County Council on 23 September to discuss rail service development plans for Leicester and Leicestershire. Leicestershire County Council indicated that they would submit two bids early in the new year under the Rail Passenger Partnership scheme, one of which was Stage two of the Ivanhoe Line.
