The Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Keith Hill, has asked me to write in response to your recent written Parliament Question about the five worst accident black spots on the Al2 in Essex.68WThe following table lists the sites which have the highest level of recorded personal injury accidents over the 3 years ending June 1999.
