§ Mr. George HowarthAs my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for the Home Department said, in his reply to the right hon. Member for North-West Cambridgeshire (Sir B. Mawhinney) on 22 April 1999,Official Report, column 669, the Home Office hopes to publish its consultation paper on new measures to tackle the problem of prostitutes' cards in telephone kiosks next month. The consultation paper will look at options for changing the law to enable those who put cards in telephone kiosks to be dealt with more effectively.
