§ Clare ShortAccording to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees over 660,000 people have left Kosovo in the last three weeks. Of these, 359,000 have found refuge in Albania, over 132,000 in Macedonia, 73,000 in Montenegro and over 32,000 in Bosnia. Over 15,000 of the refugees have been taken to countries outside the region including Turkey, Germany and Norway. And according to unconfirmed reports, some 50,000 people have moved from Kosovo to Serbia.
