To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what will be the payment per hectare in sterling under the arable area payment scheme for(a) cereals, (b) set-aside, (c) pulses, (d) oilseed rape and (e) linseed for each year from 1999–2000 to 2005–06, using current exchange rates. [81371]

Using the rate of exchange with the euro which applied on 15 April 1999 (£0.6667/euro), payment rates under the Arable Area Payments Scheme in Scotland would be as follows:
