To ask the Minister of State, Lord Chancellor's Department, pursuant to his answer of 30 March 1999,Official Report, column 610, if he will publish such details of insurance products to support the use of conditional fees as are available to him.[81146]

If the right hon. and learned Gentleman requires details of the products available, I suggest he approaches the providers of the insurance products. Those of which I am aware are:

First Assist;

Collegiate Insurance Brokers Ltd;

Abbey Legal Protection;

Amicus;

Eastgate Assistance;

Saturn Professional Risks Ltd;

Litigation Protection Ltd; and

Greystoke Legal Services.
