§ Mr. Tony LloydThe UN Special Commission has now received the final reports on the analyses of the Iraqi missile warhead fragments carried out in France and Switzerland. The results will be reviewed at a seminar of international experts in New York on 22 and 23 October, after which UNSCOM will report to the Security Council.
