§ Mr. Doug HendersonThe British representatives who attended the meeting in Norfolk were: Mr. Jon Day, Director of Defence Policy, United Kingdom Ministry of Defence; Brigadier Richard Baly, Military Attaché, British Embassy Washington; and Mr. William Shapcott, First Secretary, British Embassy Washington. Mr. Day gave a presentation on the United Kingdom's Strategic Defence Review. The focus of the conference was on improving interoperability between NATO Allies as part of the preparation for the Washington Summit in April 1999.
