To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will make a statement about the proposals submitted by health boards and trusts for the further reduction of waiting lists in Scotland; [60667]

(2) if he will make a statement about the number of patients currently awaiting a first appointment with a consultant in Scotland. [60665]
