The conference of Scottish Centrally Funded Colleges (CSCFC) negotiates pay for the remaining 11 Scottish higher education institutions.
Pay settlements in the further education sector in Scotland are the responsibility of individual college boards of management. Details of the terms and conditions of each college settlement are not held centrally.
