§ Mr. Doug HendersonWe have now completed the formal consultation process with the Trades Unions over the proposed Partnering Arrangement between the Naval Bases and Supply Agency and Matra-BAe UK Ltd. The Trade Unions are fully supportive of the proposed arrangement, recognising that this presents an opportunity for both parties to secure the benefits of skills exchange and the optimum utilisation of resources and facilities.
My Department has received no other representations on the Partnering Arrangement.
We expect the formal signing of the Partnering Arrangement, between MBUK Ltd. and the Naval Bases and Supply Agency will take place shortly.
