§ Mr. Caborn[Pursuant to his reply, 29 April 1998, c. 128]: I would like to announce a change to the membership of the Urban Task Force. Stuart Lipton, Chief Executive of Stanhope Property Developments, has 310W stepped down to an advisory role due to time pressures. He has been replaced by Phil Kirby, the Head of British Gas Properties, who was previously a member of one of the Task Force's three Working Groups.
Anthony Mayer, Chief Executive of the Housing Corporation, has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Task Force.
