§ Mr. Chris SmithThe Millennium Commission laid its Annual Report and Accounts before Parliament, on 29 October 1998 and has done so every year since its establishment in 1994. The report includes information on capital projects, including those known as landmark projects. As Secretary of State I answer Parliamentary Questions on Millennium Commission business; and both the Director of the Commission and I, as its Chairman, are answerable for its performance before Committees of the House.
