§ Dr. HowellsI am aware of concerns about the commercial activities in the United Kingdom of companies which offer to develop and promote inventions internationally.
However, I am not aware of any evidence that any company engaged in this type of business is acting fraudulently.
Should any evidence be drawn to my attention I shall ask for it to be passed to those authorities responsible for investigating allegations of fraud.
