§ Mr. MorleyMy Government colleagues and I take every opportunity to draw the attention of the Japanese and Norwegian Governments to our continuing opposition to the former' s whaling activities in the Southern Ocean Sanctuary and to the latter's commercial whaling in the North Atlantic. The United Kingdom delegation will be making our views very clear at the meeting of the International Whaling Commission that is currently taking place in Oman.
