§ Mr. GalbraithOur policies are bringing benefits to patients in the north of Scotland as they are elsewhere. For example, in Aberdeen the co-operative and collaborative approach we are encouraging will enable a new children's hospital to be built using capital receipts from the sale of redundant trust and health board estate.
