§ Mr. ByersTotal spending on education publicity for the Department is given in financial years. It is not possible to separate out sums spent on publications only or to separate the cost of distribution to schools. 349W Publications are a basic part of all of the Department's publicity activities but on many occasions will also include some element of other types of media:
